Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last Updated: 5 September 2026

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, refunds and payment-related issues are handled for software products and subscriptions purchased from TechXo LLC.

TechXo provides digital, browser-based software products. No physical products are shipped.

This Policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.

1. About TechXo

Techxo LLC is a company registered in Wyoming, United States.

Address: Techxo LLC
30 N Gould St Ste N
Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States.

Email: support@techxo.org
General Enquiries: hello@techxo.org
Telephone: +1 (307) 828-5840

2. Digital Software Products

TechXo provides browser-based software services, including subscription-based business software such as Techxo Commerce and Techxo Enterprise.

Because these are digital services, access is generally provided electronically following successful payment and account activation.

No physical product is shipped.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You may request cancellation of your subscription by using the available account cancellation functionality or contacting:

support@techxo.org

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, cancelling a subscription prevents future renewal.

Cancellation does not automatically reverse or refund a payment that has already been successfully processed for the current billing period.

Unless otherwise required by law, you will normally retain access to the applicable service until the end of the period for which you have already paid.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered in circumstances including:

  • A duplicate payment was made;

  • A payment was processed without your authorisation and is determined to be fraudulent;

  • A material technical problem prevents access to the purchased software and TechXo is unable to reasonably resolve the issue;

  • The software materially fails to correspond with its advertised description;

  • A refund is required under applicable law; or

  • TechXo expressly agrees to provide a refund as a discretionary exception.

Refunds are assessed based on the circumstances of each request.

5. Technical Problems

If you experience a technical issue, please contact TechXo support before requesting a refund where reasonably possible.

We may attempt to:

  • Diagnose the problem;

  • Restore access;

  • Correct an account configuration;

  • Provide an alternative method of access;

  • Resolve a software defect; or

  • Provide another reasonable solution.

If a material technical problem cannot reasonably be resolved, TechXo may consider an appropriate refund.

6. Duplicate Payments

If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same purchase or subscription, please contact:

support@techxo.org

Please provide sufficient information for us to identify the transactions.

Where a genuine duplicate charge is confirmed, the duplicate amount may be refunded to the original payment method.

7. Unauthorised Transactions

If you believe a transaction was made without your authorisation, contact TechXo as soon as possible.

We may investigate the transaction and request information reasonably necessary to verify the circumstances.

Where appropriate, we may coordinate with the payment provider used to process the transaction.

8. Refunds for Non-Usage

Simply choosing not to use a subscription after purchasing it does not automatically create a right to a refund.

For example, a refund will not normally be provided solely because:

  • You changed your mind after purchasing;

  • You did not log into the software;

  • You did not use all available features;

  • You no longer require the software; or

  • You forgot to cancel a recurring subscription before its renewal date.

This does not affect any mandatory statutory rights that apply to you.

9. Refunds for Recurring Subscriptions

If you cancel a recurring subscription after a renewal payment has already been processed, the cancellation will generally apply to future billing periods.

The payment already processed will not automatically be refunded.

However, TechXo may consider a refund where:

  • A duplicate payment occurred;

  • There was a confirmed billing error;

  • A technical issue materially prevented use;

  • The payment was unauthorised; or

  • A refund is required by applicable law.

10. Promotional Offers

Promotional pricing, discounts, credits or special offers may be subject to additional terms communicated at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers do not create a separate entitlement to cash refunds or additional discounts.

11. Payment Processing

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, including Mollie where applicable.

The payment provider processes the payment transaction and may have its own procedures concerning payment disputes, refunds and payment methods.

Where TechXo approves a refund, we will generally initiate the refund through the relevant payment provider.

The time required for funds to appear in your account may depend on the payment method, financial institution and payment provider.

12. Refund Method

Approved refunds will generally be returned using the original payment method used for the transaction.

For security and fraud-prevention purposes, we may be unable to refund a transaction to an unrelated third-party payment method.

13. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have a problem with a TechXo purchase, we encourage you to contact us first so that we can investigate and attempt to resolve the issue.

However, nothing in this Policy prevents you from exercising any legal or payment-method rights available to you.

Where a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated, TechXo may provide relevant transaction, account and service information to the applicable payment provider or financial institution as part of the dispute process.

A chargeback does not automatically establish that a refund is owed.

14. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, contact:

support@techxo.org

Please include:

  • Your name;

  • Email address associated with the TechXo account;

  • Transaction or order reference, if available;

  • Date of purchase;

  • Amount charged;

  • Reason for the refund request; and

  • Any relevant information that may help us investigate the matter.

Providing accurate information can help us process your request more efficiently.

15. Refund Review

Once we receive a refund request, we may review:

  • The relevant transaction;

  • Account information;

  • Subscription status;

  • Product or service purchased;

  • Usage or access records where relevant;

  • Technical issues;

  • Previous support communications; and

  • Any other information reasonably necessary to assess the request.

We may contact you for additional information if required.

16. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, TechXo will initiate the refund through the applicable payment provider.

The time for the refund to appear in your account is outside TechXo’s direct control and may depend on the payment provider, card issuer, bank or payment method.

A refund may therefore take additional business days to appear after TechXo has initiated it.

17. Account Cancellation

If you cancel your TechXo account, you may lose access to subscription features when the applicable subscription period ends.

Cancellation of an account does not automatically constitute a refund request.

If you require a refund, you should contact:

support@techxo.org

18. Suspension or Termination for Breach

If an account is suspended or terminated because of fraud, unlawful activity, abuse, security violations or a material breach of our Terms & Conditions, cancellation of the account does not automatically create an entitlement to a refund.

Any refund entitlement will be assessed according to the circumstances and applicable law.

19. Service Changes

TechXo may periodically improve, modify or update its software.

Minor changes, interface improvements, security updates, bug fixes or feature enhancements do not normally constitute grounds for a refund.

Where a material change substantially affects a paid service, TechXo will consider the circumstances and any rights available under applicable law.

20. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Refund & Cancellation Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or limit any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Where applicable law provides a mandatory right to cancel, obtain a refund, or receive another remedy, those rights will continue to apply.

21. No Waiver of Legal Rights

A discretionary refund provided by TechXo in one situation does not create an obligation to provide the same refund in unrelated circumstances.

Likewise, refusing a discretionary refund does not affect any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.

22. Policy Changes

TechXo may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time.

The latest version will be published on our website with an updated “Last Updated” date.

Changes will not retrospectively remove mandatory rights that apply to transactions already completed.
